Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts.

• Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

• Handle intercompany accounting and fixed assets accounting activities.

• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal controls, and audit requirements.

• Resolve outstanding accounting items within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support audit activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting.

• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and journal entries.

• Experience in balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP systems.

• Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes.

• Experience in Shared Services or multinational organizations.

• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and fixed assets.

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent accounting qualification (completed or pursuing).
