We are seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Operations Specialist with strong expertise in Account Reconciliations to join our Finance Operations team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of general ledger processes, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and transaction review.

Key Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations and analyse financial transactions and balances.
Collect and review operational and financial data to support accurate financial reporting.
Analyse discrepancies and resolve moderately complex accounting and reconciliation issues.
Work with general ledger and sub-ledger information to ensure accurate financial records.
Develop or adapt existing methods and procedures to address new assignments and business requirements.
Apply sound judgement when determining appropriate reconciliation and problem-solving approaches.
Support team objectives in line with the strategic direction set by senior management.
Collaborate with supervisors, peers, client stakeholders, and management as required.
Manage small teams or work efforts where applicable.
Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Contribute to process improvements and effective Finance Operations practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 to 11 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong expertise in Account Reconciliations.
Understanding of Record to Report (R2R) and Finance Operations processes.
Good knowledge of general ledger and sub-ledger accounting concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle moderately complex accounting issues.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Experience managing small teams or work efforts is an advantage.
