Responsibilities

International recruitment over chat process for the Philippines

Designing simple and effective job posts to attract the right talent

Screen incoming resumes

Interview candidates via phone and video

Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
