RPO Delivery Lead – Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced RPO Delivery Lead to manage large-scale global HR delivery operations and end-to-end RPO/Hire-to-Retire services. The role will be responsible for delivery excellence, client and stakeholder management, people leadership, transformation, automation, financial performance, governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services and RPO delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes.
Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Establish strong governance frameworks for predictable and consistent service delivery.
Drive operational excellence, process standardization and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary delivery leader for client engagements.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and business leaders.
Lead governance reviews, performance discussions and executive-level presentations.
Identify customer requirements and provide strategic delivery recommendations.

Transformation & Technology

Drive HR transformation, process simplification, standardization and digitization initiatives.
Leverage automation, analytics, AI, RPA and Agentic AI to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Work with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and ServiceNow HRSD.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost optimization.

Workforce & People Leadership

Lead large, multi-location and multicultural teams.
Own workforce planning, staffing, capability development and succession planning.
Ensure effective onboarding, training and readiness of delivery teams.
Build a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability and customer experience.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

Own account-level financial performance, revenue realization and margin management.
Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, transformation and additional value creation.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, internal governance standards and audit requirements.
Maintain appropriate controls around data privacy, HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience

16–18 years of overall experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services or related environments.
Strong end-to-end RPO experience is mandatory.
Minimum 4+ years of Manager/Leadership-level experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale global delivery operations.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Hire-to-Retire processes.
Experience managing multi-location and multicultural teams.
Strong client management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in HR transformation, process standardization and operational excellence.
Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar HCM platforms.
Experience with Automation, Analytics, AI or RPA is preferred.
Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, governance and financial performance.

Language Requirement

German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above is mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
