If you have 4-6 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Insurance Brokerage Billing, P and C Insurance, Applied EPIC, AMS360, BenefitPoint, this role is for you.

*JOB DETAILS:*

Role: Senior AR Associate - Insurance Domain - Applied EPIC / AMS360

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra | Pune, Maharashtra

Work Setup: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Band: BPO 2

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Salary: 6 to 7 LPA

Shift: 24x7 - US Shift Hours - CST

*ROLE OVERVIEW:*

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Billing Specialist to support insurance brokerage billing operations. The role involves handling customer service, managing billing cycles, and working on agency management systems for US-based clients.

*MUST HAVE SKILLS:*

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or Billing

- Prior experience in insurance brokerage or P&C insurance industry

- Working knowledge of insurance agency management systems like Benefit Point, Applied EPIC preferred

- Familiarity with systems like Applied Epic, AMS360, etc. preferred

- Basic understanding of insurance terms and billing cycles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook - Other system experience is a plus

- Willingness to work in US shift hours CST

*GOOD TO HAVE:*

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- High attention to detail and good time management

- Ability to execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines to meet SLA and quality standards
