Hiring: Senior Associate – FP&A

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–10 Years
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 4

Join our FP&A team and drive smarter financial decisions through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business reporting!

What You’ll Do

Manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Perform monthly & quarterly analysis of actuals, budgets, targets and forecasts
Conduct detailed Actual vs Budget / Actual vs Forecast variance analysis
Manage CapEx & OpEx, including capital and revenue expenditure
Handle monthly accruals and prepayments
Support project planning and accounting
Prepare and analyze MIS, KPI/scorecard and management reports
Consolidate and interpret financial results for management
Provide insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making
Identify cost-efficiency opportunities across business functions
Report key variances, drivers and corrective actions to management
Support internal/external reporting and benchmarking

What We’re Looking For

⭐ 4–10 years of relevant FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis experience
⭐ Strong hands-on experience in Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
⭐ Good understanding of CapEx, OpEx, accruals & prepayments
⭐ Strong MIS/reporting and financial analysis skills
⭐ Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
⭐ Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
