Job Title: Senior Financial Reporting Analyst – IFRS & Regulatory Reporting

Location: Pune / Delhi
Domain: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 8–12 Years
Grade: Up to Grade 6
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in IFRS and regulatory reporting within the BFSI/Insurance domain. The role involves preparing consolidated financial statements, regulatory submissions, and working closely with stakeholders, auditors, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Notes to Accounts
Draft board notes and explanatory statements for senior leadership
Handle audit documentation such as MRD, representation letters, and compliance requirements
Perform impairment testing for assets, investments, and inventory
Manage related party disclosures and KMP loan statements
Prepare APRA regulatory returns and ensure compliance
Support internal and external audits
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions
Drive process improvements and system enhancements
Work on ERP platforms like Oracle, PeopleSoft, SmartView, and Essbase
Prepare CFO reporting packs including monthly flux analysis

Required Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA – Final Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field

Must-Have Skills:

Strong knowledge of BFSI transactions and insurance accounting
Hands-on experience in IFRS (preferably IFRS 17)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and time management

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in consolidated financial reporting
Exposure to audit and regulatory reporting
Knowledge of impairment testing and disclosures
Experience with ERP tools (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SmartView)
