Position Name: Spanish Customer Service
Location: Chennai, Mumbai or Bangalore
Band: BPO
Experience: 3-6 yrs required
Job Summary:
We are hiring candidates with Spanish language proficiency to support finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling emails in Spanish and English, supporting invoice processing and approvals, coordinating with Spanish-speaking clients, and resolving purchase order related issues while working closely with AP, AR, and R2R teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on received emails in Spanish and English and post invoices for approval
- Support AP, AR, and R2R remote migration process with Spanish-speaking clients
- Assist AP, AR, and R2R teams in obtaining required approvals to process invoices in Spanish
- Examine and resolve issues related to purchase orders in Spanish language by engaging with business stakeholders
- Translate, interpret, and handle queries from Spanish-speaking clients
- Provide support and assistance to clients in both Spanish and English communication
Required Skills
- AR and RTS Skills are not needed. Just preferred. So as long as candidate has Spanish Skills he should be processed
- B1 / B2 level proficiency in Spanish language
- Ability to translate, interpret, and handle inquiries for Spanish-speaking clients
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Exposure to MS Office
Good to Have
- Background in Finance and Accounting
- Knowledge of: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, Journal Entry, Reconciliation, Fixed Assets
- Oracle exposure will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate with good Spanish communication and comprehension skills
- Comfortable supporting finance-related processes and documentation
- Able to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for approvals and issue resolution
- Prior finance/accounting process experience will be preferred
Note for Mumbai Location:
Spanish Customer Service only with Good Spanish and English skills. Finance knowledge etc is not needed
Mandatory Requirements
- B2 Spanish Language is required
- Graduation is compulsory
- If candidate is not from Bangalore or Chennai we need to confirm if he is ready to relocate specially to Bangalore as the vacancy in Bangalore is urgent
