Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Financial Master Data Management to drive financial master data governance, ensure data integrity, and optimize Oracle ERP processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Internal Control teams to manage financial master data, maintain compliance, and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Financial Master Data Management (MDM).
Maintain and govern Vendor Master, Customer Master, Chart of Accounts (COA), and Financial Hierarchies.
Design and maintain Business Units (BU), Legal Entities, Cost Centers, and Department structures.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and internal audit requirements.
Lead Supplier & Vendor Master governance and standardize workflows.
Configure and manage Oracle ERP master data using tools such as FBDI, WebADI, or ADFDI.
Drive data quality initiatives, SLA adherence, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Procurement, IT, and Audit teams.
Support Oracle ERP enhancements and system optimization.
Perform advanced data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage

4–8 years of relevant experience
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
