Role Summary

We are hiring an FP&A Team Lead to manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will analyze financial trends, build models and give management accurate, timely recommendations for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditure
• 
  
• Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze the causes of unexpected variances
• 
  
• Oversee and develop budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools
• 
  
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• 
  
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• 
  
• Implement and work with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reports
• 
  
• Evaluate processes to improve performance, drive efficiencies and understand ROI on marketing programs, pricing, new rollouts and new projects
• 
  
• Build financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• 
  
• Analyze complex financial information and give management accurate, timely recommendations
• 
  
• Support the senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis
• 
  

Education

• 
  
• Post graduate in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• CA / CPA highly preferred
•
