Team Lead – P2P Quality

Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead for P2P Quality to lead end-to-end Quality Control operations for Accounts Payable. You will ensure adherence to CTQs, SOPs, and compliance requirements, review audit findings, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations

Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements

Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions

Ensure daily audits are performed and reported to internal and external stakeholders

Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for errors with strong preventive action

Ensure all team deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies

Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets

Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Handle internal reporting and adherence to SLAs

Exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets on Team TAT and Accuracy

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payables cycle (Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master, and T&E) – required

7–10 years of relevant experience – required

Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communicator at all levels

Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better, and proactive nature

Good to Have

B.Com, M.Com / Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting

0–7 years of professional experience in Accounts Payables

Good understanding of Finance and accounting processes

Knowledge of various ERPs – SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel
