Job Title: Team Member – Japanese Language Expert
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–8 Years
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Band: BPO 2/3
Salary: Up to ₹8.5 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a Japanese Language Expert to support Finance operations by handling invoices, translating Japanese communications, and coordinating with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong Japanese language skills and basic finance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices received in Japanese and English and post them for approvals
Support Finance team in obtaining necessary approvals for invoice processing
Resolve issues related to invoices by engaging with business stakeholders
Handle emails and tickets related to invoices
Must-Have Skills
JLPT N3 Certification OR Graduation in Japanese Language
Ability to translate, interpret, and provide support to Japan-speaking clients
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skills (oral & written)
Good to Have Skills
Knowledge of AP/AR, General Ledger, Journal Entry, Reconciliation
Exposure to SAP Ariba
Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
Strong English communication
3–5 years of relevant experience
Important Notes

Graduation is compulsory
Former/current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible
