Join a leading global technology brand and take ownership of Workday HRIS operations, configuration, and system enhancements across global HR functions. This role is ideal for experienced HRIS professionals with strong Workday expertise who can drive system optimization, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with global HR stakeholders.
Qualifications
10+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday and PeopleSoft experience
Strong Workday configuration experience across Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management modules
Expertise in Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Reporting, EIB, and Security
Experience managing Workday release cycles (R1/R2), UAT, and system enhancements
Strong HR functional knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
Experience supporting global stakeholders and multi-country HR environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
10+ years of HRIS experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday and PeopleSoft experience
Strong configuration experience in Workday Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management modules
Experience with Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Reporting, EIB, and Security
Experience managing Workday releases and UAT
PAN and Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation
