Requirements:

- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in insurance brokerage or P and C insurance

- Working knowledge of Agency Management Systems AMS such as Benefit Point, Applied EPIC

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile commission receivables from insurance companies and follow up for collection

- Handle accurate and timely receipt, posting, and reconciliation of direct bill commissions - daily, weekly, monthly

- Process corrections and changes to broker commission rates

- Track direct bill commission data - carrier name, check received date, commission amount, processed and completed date, and document all changes

Education:

- Graduate with 4-6 years of billing or accounting experience in Insurance or Financial Services

Tool Expertise:

- Hands-on experience on EPIC application

Skills:

- Excellent communication
