About the Role

We are hiring a Workflow Specialist to support Transactional Procurement and Vendor Master Operations. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Procurement Operations, Purchase Order Processing, Vendor Master Management, SAP, ERP Systems, and Stakeholder Management. You will ensure accurate processing of procurement transactions, maintain vendor master data, resolve operational queries, and drive compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in Transactional Procurement, Vendor Master Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Procurement Operations

Hands-on experience with Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO) Processing, Vendor Creation, Vendor Master Maintenance, and PO Amendments

Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and meeting SLA

Experience handling procurement documentation, approvals, compliance checks, and operational reporting
