Hiring: OTC - Assistant Manager (Pricing) | Chennai | Up to ₹12 LPA
Location: Chennai
Experience: 7–10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Must-Have Skills
Business Process Services (BPS)
Pricing & Contracting
7–8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Contracting
Experience in global and client-facing environments
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Working knowledge of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of pricing strategies (cost-based, value-based, and competitive pricing)
Ability to manage multiple deals and work under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies to improve profitability and business growth.
Support commercial deal structuring and pricing for RFQs/RFPs.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver customer-centric pricing solutions.
Perform financial analysis, margin optimization, and pricing governance.
Ensure pricing compliance, reporting accuracy, and commercial controls.
Provide insights through market analysis and pricing trends.
