Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Capital Projects Management Associate Manager with 10–14 years of experience in Power Utility, EPC, Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, cost estimation, risk assessment, scheduling, budget control, and performance monitoring to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and regulatory standards.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and cost control activities for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects


Prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets, project cost estimates, forecasts, variance analysis, and cost optimization recommendations


Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, including critical path analysis and milestone tracking


Monitor project performance through KPI dashboards, Earned Value Analysis (EVA) , monthly progress reports, and management reporting


Coordinate with procurement teams and stakeholders for bid evaluations, cost benchmarking, regulatory compliance, and project governance


Required Skills

Strong experience in Power Utility / EPC / Transmission & Distribution projects – required


Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel – required


Excellent knowledge of project cost estimation, risk management, scheduling, and project controls – required


Understanding of CEA, CERC, and State Utility regulatory frameworks – required


Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination skills


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering – required


Certification in Project Management, Risk Management, or Cost Control is an added advantage
