Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Capital Projects Management Specialist with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and infrastructure project scheduling. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules for large-scale infrastructure programs, including hyperscale data centre projects and capital projects related to grid assets and energy transition initiatives such as transmission interconnections.

The successful candidate will work closely with scheduling leads, project teams, and global delivery stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule updates, reliable reporting, schedule quality, and data integrity across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Establish and manage project baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, critical paths, and milestones.

• Monitor project progress and validate schedule updates across planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning stages.

• Perform schedule health checks, progress validation, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

• Maintain schedule accuracy, data integrity, version control, and compliance with scheduling standards.

• Conduct time impact assessments, scenario modelling, schedule optimization, and planning analysis.

• Track critical activities, project dependencies, milestones, and potential schedule risks.

• Coordinate with scheduling leads, project teams, and global stakeholders across multiple infrastructure projects.

• Resolve moderately complex scheduling issues and recommend process improvements.

• Support scheduling operations and contribute to team objectives under management guidance.

• Work rotational shifts as required by business needs.

Required Qualifications

• B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• 7–11 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project scheduling, capital projects, or project controls.

• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.

• Experience developing and maintaining schedules, baselines, WBS, activity sequencing, critical paths, and milestones.

• Knowledge of project lifecycle stages, including planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning.

• Experience in schedule analytics, progress tracking, variance analysis, and reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-project coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain scheduling quality, data accuracy, and reporting standards.

• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and accommodate rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Exposure to capital investment projects involving grid assets, transmission interconnections, and energy transition initiatives.

• PMP, PMI-SP, or Primavera certification.

• Experience in schedule optimization, scenario modelling, time impact assessment, and continuous process improvement.
