Contract Lifecycle management analyst – Contract upload and maintenance
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst to manage contract upload, maintenance, and repository administration within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The role is responsible for ensuring contract data accuracy, metadata maintenance, document version control, obligation tracking, and repository governance while supporting Legal, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.
Eligibility
2–4 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Legal Operations, Contract Administration, or Procurement Operations.
Experience working with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Ariba CLM, Coupa CLM, Sirion, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, or similar.
Good understanding of contract structures including MSA, SOW, Amendments, and NDAs.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Upload executed contracts, amendments, SOWs, NDAs, and addendums into the CLM system.
Classify contracts accurately based on contract type.
Maintain contract repository, document versions, and naming conventions.
Capture and update contract metadata including contract ID, parties, legal entities, effective dates, renewal dates, and contract status.
Maintain parent-child relationships between MSAs, SOWs, and amendments.
Perform periodic contract data quality checks and repository audits.
Configure and maintain contract milestones, renewal alerts, and obligation tracking.
Provide BAU support for contract uploads, metadata updates, and user access requests.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Business teams to ensure contract compliance and governance.
