Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst – Contract Upload & Maintenance

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Overview
We are looking for a CLM Analyst to manage contract uploads, repository maintenance, metadata updates, document version control, and key contract dates within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The role will ensure contract records remain accurate, organized, searchable, and compliant with governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Upload executed contracts, amendments, SOWs, NDAs, and addendums into the CLM system.
Classify contracts accurately, including MSA, SOW, Amendment, and NDA.
Maintain contract repositories using proper naming conventions and document version control.
Attach relevant supporting documents and artifacts to contract records.
Capture and maintain contract metadata such as contract ID, parties, legal entities, effective dates, expiration dates, renewal terms, contract value, currency, status, and ownership.
Maintain parent-child relationships between MSAs, SOWs, and amendments.
Perform periodic data quality checks and ensure accuracy of contract records.
Configure and maintain key dates and milestones such as renewals, termination dates, and notice periods.
Support alerts and reminders for renewals and contractual obligations.
Provide BAU support for contract uploads, data updates, and access-related queries.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to resolve data and contract-related queries.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as Icertis, Ariba CLM, Coupa CLM, Sirion, Agiloft, or DocuSign CLM.
Understanding of contract structures such as MSA, SOW, Amendments, and NDAs.
Experience in contract upload, metadata maintenance, and repository management.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder and client engagement skills.
Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks consistently.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel for trackers and reconciliation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
