What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in Eloqua and marketing automation platforms.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign execution and management.

• Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting and personalization.

• Experience in campaign QA, testing and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of customer journeys and automation workflows.

• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• Ability to validate campaign data and improve campaign performance.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review campaign requirements and specifications.

• Perform quality checks and testing across email, SMS, push and other marketing channels.

• Validate audience lists, data and personalized content.

• Test customer journeys and automation workflows.

• Ensure campaigns follow privacy regulations and email marketing best practices.

• Support A/B testing and campaign optimization.

• Maintain testing reports and documentation.

• Coordinate with marketing, development and project teams.

• Follow SOPs, checklists and process guidelines.
