Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 18 Months–9 Years (Relevant Experience)
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Grade: BPO Z/1/2/3
Shift: Rotational
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries through voice and chat support.
Deliver first-call resolution while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Provide technical support and assist customers with issue resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Diagnose customer issues through effective questioning and troubleshooting.
Utilize product knowledge and reference materials to resolve customer concerns.
Meet operational KPIs while adhering to company processes and quality standards.
Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
Eligibility:
Graduate from a recognized university (Mandatory). Undergraduates with at least 18 months of relevant international voice experience may also be considered, subject to eligibility.
International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency of B2 or above (C1 preferred).
Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Immediate joiners only (Notice Period: 0 days).
Note:
Graduation is compulsory.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are required for profile creation.
Former and current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible to apply.
