- Provide accurate, clear, and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Aim for first-call resolution wherever possible.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing support and business objectives.
- Understand customer concerns through active listening and effective questioning.
- Troubleshoot customer issues using available product knowledge, guides, and reference materials.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up on open cases within defined timelines.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive tone during difficult or escalated interactions.
- Meet or exceed operational targets, quality standards, and process KPIs.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English communication level should be B2 or above; C1 is preferred.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical or process-related information in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and patience.
- Ability to handle escalations and challenging customer conversations professionally.
- Good analytical and diagnostic skills to identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and process-oriented environment.
