TCS is hiring Team Members for an International Customer Service Airlines process in Gurugram. The role requires experienced candidates who can understand customer complaints, coordinate with multiple departments, work across applications, and help drive timely issue resolution. Prior airline experience is strongly preferred.



Eligibility

1–3 years of relevant experience

Experience in a Customer Service environment

No freshers

Prior airline experience is highly preferred

Good written communication and email comprehension skills

Good verbal skills to speak with customers when required

Comfortable with 100% work from office at client location in Gurugram

Open to 5-day working, Monday to Sunday on rotation, including weekend working

No transport facility / no transport reimbursement

Key Responsibilities

Understand the complainant’s perspective and nature of complaint

Coordinate across teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Work on multiple applications and with different departments for issue resolution

Contact customers when required to gather additional information and resolve issues

Handle customer service tasks from the client location

Report functionally in coordination with client supervisor and TCS supervisor

Required Skills

Good written communication

Ability to comprehend emails effectively

Good verbal communication

Ability to work across teams and applications

Strong customer issue understanding and coordination capability


**Prior airlines experience in BPO is required and it is crucial and highly preferred**
