Job Title: Customer Service Associate – International Voice Process

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Shift: 24x7 (Aligned to US / UK / Australian business hours)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Summary:
TCS is hiring for an International Voice Customer Service role for Pune and Mumbai locations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in international customer service environments and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service interactions via voice with excellent communication
Manage end-to-end service requests including activation, assurance, and billing
Update and maintain customer records, transactions, and complaints
Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution
Ensure timely completion of tasks within assigned queues
Communicate with business units to gather required information
Process customer requests such as orders, provisioning, and post-activation support
Book appointments and dispatch equipment to customers
Maintain customer data privacy and compliance standards
Meet defined performance and quality benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (International Voice preferred)
Experience in domains like Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technical Support
Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred)
Strong English communication with neutral accent
Good computer proficiency and data entry skills
Flexible for 24x7 shifts
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer handling and listening skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexibility and adaptability to change

If the candidate is not based in Pune or Mumbai, willingness to relocate to either location is mandatory.
