What You'll Do

Conduct web-based research on global companies, financial markets, and business information.
Analyze and interpret financial research documents and market data.
Build and maintain accurate databases by tagging and updating researched information in client systems.
Research financial regulations, industry trends, and market practices.
Validate, organize, and maintain high-quality financial data.
Collaborate with internal teams and interact with global clients to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
Prepare reports and support research projects using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Work in rotational shifts while meeting quality and productivity targets.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Financial Research, Market Research, Business Research, or related fields.
Japanese Language Proficiency (E2 level or above) is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
Experience working with financial research documents is preferred.
Excellent web research, analytical, and interpretation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Basic understanding of supply chain or financial markets is an added advantage.

BAF
BMS
MBA (Finance)

Candidates from other academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply if they possess strong Japanese language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
