Data Management Specialist

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to manage customer data onboarding, integration, and ongoing maintenance across enterprise systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to manage high-volume data operations while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration across enterprise systems.
Capture, validate, and maintain customer data accurately according to defined data policies.
Handle high-volume and time-sensitive data processing while maintaining quality and TAT.
Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the customer data lifecycle.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data issues and implement preventive measures.
Monitor systems for performance issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
Follow defined SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve data management processes.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in customer data management or enterprise data operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with data management platforms or SaaS environments.
Understanding of data governance, data security, and privacy practices.
Experience working in SOP-driven and ticket-based support environments.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
