Job title: Data Processing Associate | Gandhinagar

Job description: We are looking for a Data Processing Associate to support a US-based business operations project. The role involves reviewing customer data and documents, extracting relevant information, and accurately entering, validating, updating, or submitting details through designated client systems and government portals.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good English communication and comprehension skills, accurate data-entry abilities, and the ability to consistently follow SOPs and quality standards while meeting productivity, turnaround-time, and SLA requirements.

Experience: 1-4 years.

Location: Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities:

Review customer requests, source documents, and supporting data to understand processing requirements.
Extract, enter, update, validate, and submit information in approved client systems, databases, and government portals.
Verify information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy against source documents.
Follow SOPs, checklists, business rules, quality controls, and escalation procedures.
Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent information and raise queries or exceptions through defined channels.
Meet productivity, turnaround-time, and SLA targets without compromising accuracy.
Maintain trackers and operational records using Microsoft Excel and other project tools.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information and comply with data-security requirements.
Collaborate with team members, participate in training, and support workload priorities as required.
Handle routine, high-volume, and deadline-driven processing with consistent accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of relevant experience in data processing, business process services, document review, compliance operations, or a similar role.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong reading comprehension, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Accurate typing and data-entry skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to work with multiple web-based applications and learn new tools quickly.
Ability to follow SOPs, process instructions, and quality standards consistently.
Good time management, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and accountability.
Willingness to work in US and rotational shifts based on business requirements.

Important points:

Candidates who have previously worked with TCS are not eligible.
