We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – HRO (German) to lead end-to-end HR service delivery within a global Hire-to-Retire (HRO) environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR operations expertise, service delivery management experience, and advanced German language proficiency to effectively engage with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, process optimization, and continuous improvement while managing global delivery operations
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)
Experience: 9–14 Years
Salary: Up to 16–17 LPA
Shift: Central European Timings
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR service delivery for assigned client accounts and ensure seamless operational execution.
Drive SLA/KPI adherence and maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Establish and manage operational governance, service reviews, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
Serve as the primary escalation point for service delivery-related concerns and ensure timely resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver unified HR services across multiple geographies.
Manage transitions, stabilization activities, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Drive continuous service improvement and identify opportunities for productivity enhancement and cost optimization.
Partner with internal teams including Operations, HR, Finance, Security, and Vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and audit requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Mandatory).
9–14 years of experience in HR Operations, Service Delivery Management, or Shared Services environments.
Strong experience managing client relationships and service delivery operations.
Proven expertise in SLA management, operational governance, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage complex delivery environments and lead high-performing teams.
German Language Requirement
Mandatory German language proficiency at B2 level or above.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Candidates must clearly mention German language proficiency/certification on their CV.
Preferred Qualifications
Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or Prince2 certification.
Experience supporting German or European HR operations.
Experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCC), Shared Services, or Outsourcing environments.
Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and Hire-to-Retire processes.

Important Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
German language proficiency (B2 or above) is mandatory.
