Job Title: Delivery Manager – Payroll

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations within a global HRO environment. The role is responsible for managing payroll delivery, ensuring statutory compliance, driving service excellence, and leading transformation initiatives while leveraging HRIS platforms such as Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end payroll service delivery across global HRO programs.
Manage US payroll processing, statutory compliance, tax filing, reporting, and deductions.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, governance, and payroll quality standards.
Oversee the complete payroll lifecycle including gross-to-net processing, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
Utilize Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors for payroll processing and reporting.
Handle payroll escalations and resolve complex payroll issues.
Drive automation, process improvements, and payroll transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for seamless payroll delivery.
Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
Lead governance meetings, client reviews, and operational reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in Payroll Operations, HRO Delivery, or Service Management.
Experience in US Payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of payroll governance and compliance.
Experience with Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong client, stakeholder, and team management skills.
Payroll certifications (CPP/FPC) preferred.
