Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts in daily supply chain operations.

• Manage supply planning, inventory, sourcing coordination, and master data activities.

• Ensure timely issue resolution and uninterrupted product availability.

• Monitor supply risks, planning accuracy, and operational performance.

• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Drive the adoption of digital planning tools, dashboards, and automation.

• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements.

• Provide team coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and planning processes.
