Job Overview

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Freshers) to join our Finance & Accounting team as Finance Analysts – Record-to-Report (R2R). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and applicable accounting standards.

The selected candidate will support month-end and year-end closing activities, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and internal control processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities, including general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and necessary accounting adjustments.

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions and financial records.

• Apply relevant accounting principles and standards, including Ind AS and IFRS.

• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.

• Assist in monitoring internal controls and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

• Identify and investigate accounting discrepancies and support timely resolution.

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

• Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting activities.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh CA candidates are eligible.

• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting.

• Knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Understanding of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments.

• Knowledge of financial statements, Profit & Loss accounts, and Balance Sheets.

• Understanding of accounting standards such as Ind AS and IFRS.

• Knowledge of auditing procedures and internal financial controls.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

• Understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.

• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented finance environment.
