Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Romulus
Experience: 10–15 Years

Education: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a Premier Institute
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to drive financial planning, performance management, forecasting, budgeting and strategic business partnering. The role will involve strong ownership of P&L, working capital, cash flow forecasting and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive P&L management, financial performance analysis and business planning.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Drive zero-based budgeting and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Manage working capital and improve cash flow visibility and efficiency.
Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and financial models.
Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
Monitor key financial KPIs and provide regular management reporting.
Act as a Financial Controller / finance business partner for assigned business areas.
Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
