Role: FP&A Senior Associate

Experience: 8 years to 12 years

Location: -Chennai

Shift Timing: 3:30 am to 1:30 pm

Band: BPO 4/5

Salary: 11-17 LPA

Education: Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/ CPA highly preferred

Must Have Skills: Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis

Good To have Skills: MS Excel, Good English Communication

Job Description:

• Preparing and assisting in periodic long term and short term budgets and forecasts

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of

revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected

variance

• Providing meaningful and detailed insights through commentary of the variances and

unusual trends

• Interacting meaningfully with various internal and external stakeholders to understand the

reasons for variance and providing the detailed commentary on variance and unusual

trends

• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting,

Operating Plan and Modelling tools

• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in

marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts as well as new projects

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial

recommendations to management for decision making purposes

• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

• Experience : –6+ years-Senior & 2yrs+-Junior

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
