General Ledger (RTR) – Project Costing

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3–7 Years
Band: BPO 2
Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Job Summary

We are hiring a General Ledger (RTR) – Project Costing professional with 3–7 years of experience in project costing, general accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle job routing, invoicing and invoice distribution.
Maintain receiving reports, job listings and WIP.
Manage material allocation, labour hours and cost details.
Prepare and manage Statement of Values (SOV) invoicing.
Perform GL reconciliation and account reconciliations.
Prepare, post and analyze journal entries.
Create and post accruals.
Support month-end close activities.
Handle internal and external customer queries.
Track and report SLA/KPI performance.
Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

Project Costing with general bookkeeping and reporting experience.
Strong end-to-end knowledge of general accounting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and English proficiency.
Treasury background preferred.
Strong domain expertise and result orientation.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.

Education

Graduate with 3–7 years of relevant Project Costing / General Accounting experience.

Eligibility

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
