Skill Set:

Tertiary qualification in Geospatial/ Geographical or related field

Intensive usage of Spatial net / Elms / Near Maps.

Experience maintaining large address databases in the private or public sector

Minimum 1-4 years practical geospatial experience

Technical proficiency in Geographic Information Systems

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Telecom Industry

Sound knowledge of cadastral data, land titles and property legislation

Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision

High level written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. Intermediate skills in databases

Expected to adhere to the policy and procedures of NBN Co

Ensure your safety and the safety of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions

Required to cooperate with any actions taken by NBN Co, to provide and maintain a working environment that is safe and without risk.

To use equipment, in accordance with any instructions given by NBN Co consistent with its safe and proper.

Experience of training staff. High level of attention to detail

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Implement address related processes by validating addresses for correctness and accuracy

Improving and maintaining data integrity within Client's National Address database

TLS Address Matching

Review of data integrity output from Address Administrators

Prepare address information for internal and external stakeholders - Reporting on Addresses which are Ready for Service (RFS) and which are proposed for service

Analyze address information by accepting and undertaking quality assessments on the data

Liaising across NBN Co departments to resolve access seeker queries

Maintain and operate address information from a variety of sources across the organization

First escalation for any addressing enquiries

Undertaking complex geospatial data analysis on addressing data
