Job Description:
We are hiring professionals for German Payroll Processing with fluency in German and experience in payroll operations, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
Validate timesheets, payroll adjustments, employee changes, and attendance records.
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes accurately.
Maintain payroll records in compliance with German statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies within deadlines.
Coordinate with HR teams on onboarding, terminations, benefits, and employee data updates.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate payroll documentation.
Required Skills:
Fluency in German.
2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms.
Knowledge of German tax laws, social security regulations, collective agreements (Tarifverträge), wage types, and statutory benefits.
Experience with ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar payroll systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.
Good to Have:
Experience in multi-country payroll operations, including the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, UAE, or Saudi Arabia.
Important Eligibility Criteria:
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for candidate profile creation.
