Notes
- Industry and role: I used BPO (#9) because of the band. Your lists have no payroll role, so I used Business / EDP Analyst (#9). Data Entry Specialist (#26) or Billing Specialist (#6) are alternatives if you want a role closer to transaction processing.
- Experience mismatch: The role says 3-8 years of total experience, but the must-have asks for 2-4 years of payroll experience. This is fine if the payroll experience is part of the total, but please confirm so candidates aren’t confused.
- German level: “Fluency in German” doesn’t give a level. If you need a certificate such as Goethe B2 or C1, add it to the JD, because it makes screening easier.
- Shift: 3 PM to 1 AM IST runs past midnight, so list it as a night shift if the portal only offers Day or Night.
