We are looking for a Mandarin Customer Service Agent to join a leading Banking & Financial Services support team in Bangalore. If you are fluent in Native Mandarin and have experience in customer service within a banking or financial services contact center, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Minimum in a Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English communication skills are an advantage

Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Willing to work shifts and weekends

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels

Support account-related requests, including account opening, maintenance, and closure

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Meet customer service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
