HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Case Management | US HR | Mumbai

We are hiring an experienced HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Case Management to support HR Operations for a global organization. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in Employee Relations, HR Case Management, HR Policy Interpretation, US HR Practices, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations and disciplinary cases from initiation to closure.

  • Handle attendance, misconduct, job abandonment, unauthorized settlements, and other employee cases.

  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and employee relations matters.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US employment practices.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and case records.

  • Support employees throughout the case management process with professionalism and empathy.

  • Conduct investigations, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate resolutions.

  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent case handling.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or HR Case Management.

  • Experience handling complex disciplinary cases within a US HR environment is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
