Job Description

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support HR systems, maintain employee data accuracy, generate HR reports, and improve HR processes through technology. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Infor, along with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate employee data in HRIS systems.

• Configure system fields, workflows, and HR modules.

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.

• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, compliance, and other metrics.

• Perform data audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support HRIS upgrades, testing, implementation, and module rollouts.

• Collaborate with HR teams to improve system functionality and processes.

• Support performance reviews, compensation planning, and other HR cycles.

• Prepare user guides and provide system training to HR teams and managers.

Required Skills

• HRIS platforms, preferably Infor.

• HR Operations and HR Data Management.

• Advanced MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning.

• HR Reporting, Data Analysis, and Data Auditing.

• HRIS Configuration, Troubleshooting, and System Testing.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of HR processes, data privacy, and confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS platform.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
