Role Overview
TCS is looking for motivated professionals with German language proficiency (B1/B2 Certified) to join the HRO Learning & Development team. The role focuses on supporting global learning operations by coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring seamless execution of Learning & Development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.
Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and virtual/classroom sessions.
Manage training nominations, enrollment, completion tracking, and learning records.
Maintain accurate training documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Communicate effectively with employees, managers, vendors, and global stakeholders in German and English.
Resolve learner queries related to training, certifications, and learning systems within defined SLAs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, process compliance, and organizational policies.
Monitor learning activities and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HRO, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations.
German language proficiency is mandatory.
B1/B2 German Certification is compulsory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations.
Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HR systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
Flexibility to work in Night and Rotational Shifts.
