We are looking for an Indirect Sourcing Specialist to support enterprise procurement operations by managing sourcing activities across indirect spend categories while delivering value, ensuring compliance, and building strong supplier relationships.

What You'll Do

As an Indirect Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in executing sourcing strategies, supporting supplier engagements, and ensuring efficient procurement operations across a variety of indirect categories.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Execute sourcing events for assigned indirect procurement categories.
Manage supplier communications, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial comparisons.
Support supplier negotiations and sourcing recommendations.
Ensure procurement activities meet cost, quality, and service objectives.

Supplier & Contract Management

Coordinate supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
Support contract preparation, approvals, and procurement documentation.
Maintain supplier records, sourcing files, pricing documentation, and approval trails.
Track supplier performance, contract renewals, milestones, and service commitments.
Follow up on supplier issues and support resolution of performance gaps.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with internal business teams to understand procurement requirements, budgets, service expectations, and timelines.
Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement execution.
Resolve purchase order, invoice, and service acceptance issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Maintain strong communication with internal customers and suppliers.

Commercial Analysis & Reporting

Analyze supplier pricing, procurement spend, and category performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and procurement process improvements.
Prepare sourcing reports, spend analyses, supplier performance reports, and procurement dashboards.
Maintain accurate procurement records and sourcing documentation.

Compliance & Process Excellence

Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, internal controls, governance standards, and audit requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency and supplier performance.
Promote process standardization, documentation quality, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- Supply Chain Management
- Finance
- Operations
- Or a related discipline
2–7 years of experience in:
- Indirect Procurement
- Strategic Sourcing
- Purchasing
- Category Support
- Procurement Operations
Experience managing suppliers, sourcing events, procurement documentation, or commercial evaluations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
