HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO VOICE
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills in English to join our International Voice team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an International Voice process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Graduates in any discipline
