Salary: INR 20,000 - INR 45,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from a recognized university or equivalent educational institution
- 1-2 years of previous experience in an international customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information and address inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers in navigating our products or services and provide appropriate solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
