We are hiring Team Members for an International Customer Service Airlines process in Gurugram. The role requires experienced candidates who can understand customer complaints, coordinate with multiple departments, work across applications, and help drive timely issue resolution. Prior airline experience is strongly preferred.Eligibility1–3 years of relevant experienceExperience in a Customer Service environmentNo freshersPrior airline experience is highly preferredGood written communication and email comprehension skillsGood verbal skills to speak with customers when requiredComfortable with 100% work from office at client location in GurugramOpen to 5-day working, Monday to Sunday on rotation, including weekend workingNo transport facility / no transport reimbursementKey ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the complainant’s perspective and nature of complaintCoordinate across teams to resolve customer issues in a timely mannerWork on multiple applications and with different departments for issue resolutionContact customers when required to gather additional information and resolve issuesHandle customer service tasks from the client locationReport functionally in coordination with client supervisor and TCS supervisorRequired SkillsGood written communicationAbility to comprehend emails effectivelyGood verbal communicationAbility to work across teams and applicationsStrong customer issue understanding and coordination capability**Prior airlines experience in BPO is required and it is crucial and highly preferred**Interested Candidates can Apply Click here: https://gratitudejobs.com/lateral/cref/89dd065ba1
