Lead Finance Analyst (OTC)
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 4–8 Years
Domain: Travel, Transport and Hospitality (TTH)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Finance Analyst (OTC) with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Finance & Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and team-handling skills, along with a good understanding of OTC processes and continuous process improvement.
Key Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, BBA, BCCA or MBA.
Minimum 4 years of experience in OTC / Finance & Accounting operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good understanding of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations and Bad Debt Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented approach.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive and collaborate with the team and train team members effectively.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of MIS Reporting and ability to prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Ability to work under pressure and meet month-end and project-based deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to a controlled process environment.
Ability to identify errors, resolve issues and suggest process improvements.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and cross-train effectively.
Flexible to work in shifts from the Nagpur location.
Key Responsibilities
Handle OTC and Finance & Accounting activities with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide clear and concise responses to queries and escalations.
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, regularly updated and strictly followed.
Analyze processes, identify errors and recommend appropriate improvements.
Drive process efficiency, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support team collaboration, knowledge sharing and cross-training.
Assist in MIS reporting and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
Maintain strong process controls and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Manage deadlines effectively, particularly during month-end and project-based activities.
Demonstrate a problem-solving and growth-oriented mindset.

Candidates must be willing to work from Nagpur and work in flexible shifts.
