Job Title: Lean Practitioner – Utilities Transformation

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 4

We are hiring an experienced Lean Practitioner – Utilities Transformation to lead continuous improvement initiatives across Utilities operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process transformation, and operational excellence with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Lean transformation initiatives across Utilities operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and FTE savings.
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC/Kaizen).
Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation, digitization, and AI-driven solutions.
Improve key operational metrics such as Productivity, Quality, CSAT, and Compliance.
Facilitate Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement programs.
Prepare transformation roadmaps, reports, and governance updates.

Required Skills:

8–10 years of experience in Operations, Transformation, or Lean roles.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
Strong experience in Utilities/BPO operations (Retail, Billing, Collections preferred).
Expertise in process mapping, RCA, and data analysis.
Knowledge of Power BI, RPA, or AI-based automation tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
