Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and risk-aware Treasury & Cash Management SME – Oracle ERP to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations, liquidity management, cash visibility, cash-flow forecasting, and short-term funding activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate treasury operations, liquidity analysis, cash forecasting, capital funding, and bank relationship management. The candidate must also possess hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP, particularly Treasury and Cash Management applications, to support system ownership, automation, controls, and process improvements.

The role requires a strong understanding of banking infrastructure, accounting controls, audit compliance, working capital cycles, and global clearing mechanisms. The candidate will contribute to optimizing working capital, ensuring daily funding requirements are met, and minimizing banking-related frictional costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily treasury operations and cash management activities.
Monitor cash positions and maintain cash visibility across operations.
Perform liquidity analysis and support short-term funding requirements.
Prepare and maintain cash-flow forecasts.
Support capital funding and working capital management activities.
Manage relationships and operational interactions with banking partners.
Monitor bank balances and related reporting activities.
Own and support Oracle ERP Treasury and Cash Management systems.
Drive automation and process improvements within Oracle ERP.
Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for treasury transactions.
Maintain system and operational controls.
Support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
Analyze banking infrastructure and global clearing processes.
Work with global clearing mechanisms such as SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, and SEPA.
Work with bank reporting formats such as BAI2, MT940, and XML ISO 20022.
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and reduce banking frictional costs.
Support effective management of liquidity and cash requirements.
Collaborate with finance and relevant business stakeholders on treasury-related activities.

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CTP, CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA are highly preferred.

Preferred Experience & Knowledge:

4+ years of core experience in corporate treasury operations, liquidity management, or cash forecasting.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, including Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite Cash Management and Treasury applications.
Strong understanding of global clearing mechanisms including SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, and SEPA.
Knowledge of bank balance reporting formats such as BAI2, MT940, and XML ISO 20022.
Strong understanding of working capital cycles.
Familiarity with Hyperion, Power BI, and Advanced MS Excel.
