Role Summary

We are looking for an MIS and Reporting professional with strong expertise in MS Excel, VBA, data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. The role will focus on managing collections data, developing reports and dashboards, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to improve collections performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in collections management systems.
Develop and maintain databases and reports for B2B collections.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and aging accounts.
Analyze collection trends and identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
Evaluate existing collections processes and recommend improvements.
Implement and monitor new processes and tools to improve collections efficiency.
Work with IT and Finance teams to integrate and automate collections systems.
Support the development of collection strategies and policies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

100% Work From Office (WFO).
Night shifts are applicable by default.
